CausalAI-Repurpose: Causal GNN for Drug Repurposing
- Developed a causal graph neural network (GNN) integrating DrugBank, DisGeNET, KEGG, and STRING data to model drug-disease-pathway interactions for repurposing FDA-approved drugs.
- Implemented causal attention and counterfactual reasoning using Granger causality and do-calculus to reduce confounding and enable interpretable predictions.
